DWE

These units are manufactured by Dametric and sold by PM Onboard Scandinavia.

DWE-20

The DWE-20 is an electronic unit designed to measure dynamic loads. The unit is based on a microprocessor, controlling an A/D converter, digital inputs and outputs and two serial data channels. In addition, the DWE-20 utilizes an onboard CAN (Controller Area Network) system. The CAN system enables both quick and reliable communication across the vehicle and other networks. The four measuring inputs have been developed for passive strain gauges and these are fed with a constant voltage through cable length compensation.

WDS-COM01

The WDS-COM01 is a communication unit that enables the connection of several external devices such as weighing equipment - e.g. DWE-20 and tag readers. The unit can also operate as a standalone system controller for small weighing systems, such as a bin lifter with a weighing system. From there, the data that is received from the connected devices is stored internally in the device for data redundancy. It can then be connected to a PC or a PDA through a COM port where all the data communication is handled accordingly.

DWE-CT1

The DWE-CT1 is a compensation sensor for the DWE-20B dynamic weighing electronic, having the task of operating as a reference load cell for the truck and is used to compensate the angle error that arises when the load is lifted.

The sensor is electronic and is based on an angle sensor of a capacitive type, making it durable against mechanical strains. The small size of the unit ensures that it can be mounted inside the lift.
